Increasing blog traffic is one of the most important thing that a blogger must accomplished to ensure readership Bloggers can increase their traffic thru many ways such as link exchanges, banner exchanges, by joining social networking site such as Blogcatalog, MyBlogLog and others. One such site where bloggers can increase their traffic is by using Entrecard. What is Entrecard?
Entrecard is a site where members can advertise their blog on the Entrecard network. Setting up an account with Entrecard is straightforward. A valid email account is the only requirement to be member of the site. Once a member, he will have to place a widget on his blog so that his card will be displayed. Cards can be customize by uploading a 125 x125 image so members can personalize their card. Advertising on Entrecard
Before a member can advertise he must have at least accumulate enough credit to cover the cost advertisement. There are many ways to earn credits or EC. One sure way of earning credits is by dropping your card on other member’s site. A limit of 300 drops per day is allowed for each members, so if you drop the maximum 300 per day, in a week that will be 300 x 7 days = 2100 credits. Advertise price depends on the number of waiting ads on your account to be displayed. If there are 0 ads waiting on your account the base price will be 2 credit to advertise on your site. 2 ads waiting is also price at 2 credits with 4 ads waiting formula will be 2*2*2*2=8 credits to advertise, 8 ads waiting 2*2*2*2*2*2*2*2=32 credits and so on. Other Ways to Earn Credits
Dropping cards on other member’s site. 1 credit per drop, 300 drops max per day.
If other members drop on your card. 1 credit, no limit.
Blog post, members get 25 credits per post on their site.
